We convert reality-capture data into digital models for any stage of design or construction. Our models are clean, accurate, and aligned to your project standards for architectural, engineering, and construction workflows. Deliverables include:
Colorized Point Cloud
Registered and colorized point cloud files (e.g., E57, RCP/RCS) representing existing conditions with high spatial accuracy.
3D BIM Model
Accurate as-built 3D BIM model developed in Autodesk Revit.
Other 3D file formats available upon request.
2D CAD Drawings
Scaled 2D CAD files (DWG) including floor plans, elevations, and sections derived from the point cloud and BIM model.
2D PDF Drawing Set
Professional PDF set of floor plans, elevations, sections, and select 3D views suitable for quick review
